Building Operation Management

   building and External Cleaning
2. Civil & Infra Works - Structural and building maintenance and repair, Painting and touching up of
   ironmongery, doors, wall, ceiling, Maintenance of Roads, Grounds and drainage.
3. Landscape - Watering and weeding, Pruning and fertilising, Edging and trimming, Turfing
4. Domestic Water Plumbing - Water Tank, Water pumps, Water Distribution, Water Discharge
5. Mechanical Systems - Air Conditioning and Ventilation System, Chiller System/Air Cooling Towers, Pumps Fire Protection System, Vertical Transportation, Other mechanical equipment associated with the building
